Redesigning the Product Exchange Experience

A web/desktop UX case study redesigning the product exchange flow for a fictional mid-size e-commerce retailer. Inspired by real customer pain points observed through firsthand support experience, this project explores how clear information architecture, transparent status updates, and a simplified step-by-step flow can reduce customer frustration and eliminate the need to contact support.
