Responsibilities
Conducted user research, identified user needs, developed user flows and information architecture, created paper and digital wireframes, built low- and high-fidelity prototypes, led usability studies, considered accessibility guidelines, and iterated on interaction and visual design.
The Problem
Users were frequently toggling between medical and school platforms to share enrollment-related health records, leading to frustration and inefficiencies.
The Goal
Design an all-in-one application that empowers parents, legal guardians, and caregivers to add schools/programs to their account, send medical records directly for enrollment, and sync both medical and personal calendars.
Introducing on my site's recent project, Trail 2 Thrive, an application designed to provide parents, guardians, and caregivers with a convenient platform to search for schools and programs based on their dependents' age and location, while also offering the capability to send enrollment documentation. Perfect for those seeking educational opportunities tailored to their loved ones' needs.
